Asian-Style Pork Nachos with Cabbage & Scallions

Sometimes getting a large head of cabbage can be overwhelming, but I think it is one of the most versatile veggies out there! You can chop it up raw for slaw, throw it in a stir fry, ferment it to make ‘kraut or put in on some wonton nachos!!!:
