Fresh Rolls w/ Cabbage & Carrots (& Thai Basil & Sunflower Shoots!)
I feel like these are easier to make than recipes often make them sound, so don’t be intimidated if you’ve never tried before! Basically just cut up a bunch of veggies you want to include, whisk up a sauce, then soak the rice paper for a couple seconds before making each roll; it really goes quite fast once you get the hang of it.
