Cabbage & Carrot Stir-Fry w/ Toasted Cumin & Lime (& Daikon Sprouts!)

'Tis the season of cabbage and carrots, as they are some of the few items that store really well long into the winter. I personally would sub sesame oil for the canola oil in this recipe & add a little ginger for some more kick.
